Daisy Coole elected to the Board of the Alliance for Women Film Composers
Two Twenty Two's Daisy Coole has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Women Film Composers. She is only the second UK member to be elected to Board of this global organisation.
The Alliance for Women Film Composers elected a new Board of Directors and Leadership, with composers Catherine Joy Music (President), Sharon Farber (Vice President), Esin Aydingoz (Secretary), Allyson Newman (Director of Membership and Outreach), and publicist Thomas Mikusz (Treasurer) serving for a two-year term.
Catherine Joy took over the baton from Starr Parodi who served as president of the AWFC for the past two years. Starr Parodi will continue on the Board of Directors, together with Ariel Marx, Heather McIntosh, Mandy Hoffman, Nami Melumad, Ronit Kirchman, Stephanie Economou, Laura Karpman, Jenna Fentimen (UK), and Daisy Coole (UK).
